Sometimes you have to throw "common wisdom" out the window. No one wins the Tour de France riding with the pack the whole time - eventually you have to break free and see where you stand as an individual and if you can surpass those around you. Today's energy is about looking for those opportunities to do so. When you need a bit of a breather, you can ride with everyone else - that's part of the benefit of being in a pack, and it applies here through deferring decisions to others, or following orders, or doing the bare minimum. But if you settle for that being "good enough", that's all your going to get.

This is a pretty potent chart we have today and it can be easy if you want it, but if you want to make things a little more challenging, the rewards can escalate as well. There's good potential to make a big impact on others around you. You also might see some "ceilings" you been exposed to in the past dissolve, or reach to set a higher bar in areas where you've hit plateau.
