Today's energy can be a little funky. We've got Uranus conflicting with Mercury, which can lead to some electrical types of issues, things not working the way they're supposed to, that sort of thing. There can be some communication issues that arise as well, often in the vein of power struggles or restructurings. While you don't want to get rolled over, you also don't want to burn any bridges if you don't have to. With that in mind, you might need to tap into all of the diplomatic acumen you have to get through the day.

These situations can tend to get exacerbated by desires that are too strong (or that aren't seen in proper perspective). This is one of those times where we can get tunnel vision when we want something, and we won't be deterred. But the better question is if the things we want right now are actually good for us. A lot of time they won't be, which is something we can discover after the fact. Try to step out of your own shoes for a moment and see things from an unbiased perspective, especially if you're looking at a major undertaking to try and obtain something or achieve some lofty goal. Sometimes the best wins here will come simply by turning down opportunities that will prove to be an albatross later. Best of luck.

In terms of how you interact with others, you can have a more down to earth approach. However, there can be instances where you'll need to stick up for yourself a little more and you can be averse to doing that. This might come more out of a fear of losing what you already have, so you won't want to jeopardize that by doing anything moderately risky. Knowing what your personal barriers are can give you a much better compass towards when you need to put your foot down and take a stand.
