While the overall energy will have its challenges and pressure points, there will be a lot of opportunities to make the most of things. This can be a pretty potent time for taking a huge step forward in situations you've been slogging through lately. Sticking with things can lead to breakthroughs. Analyzing problems can lead to solutions. In relationships, we can address areas of conflict and figure out ways to navigate around them or solve them outright. A lot can be done to get some bad situations behind us and move on to more exciting ones.
However, the key to all of this is you have to engage in the areas where trouble has been afoot of late. Sitting back, ignoring things is not going to make them go away. Sometimes you have to start a hard conversation or reach out to an old friend or contact you haven't talked to in a while. Other times it involves addressing a situation that you've not been staying on top of. Get in, do what needs doing, and get out. Stay active and deal with things head on and you should start to see things improve a great deal. Best of luck.

You'll also have a stronger drive to ensure you're doing the right thing (or doing things the right way), which can bring added legitimacy to any new changes you're trying to introduce. Others will also be more impelled to follow your lead knowing they may get called out for any inappropriate shortcuts.
