Sometimes you have to throw "common wisdom" out the window. No one wins the Tour de France riding with the pack the whole time - eventually you have to break free and see where you stand as an individual and if you can surpass those around you. Today's energy is about looking for those opportunities to do so. When you need a bit of a breather, you can ride with everyone else - that's part of the benefit of being in a pack, and it applies here through deferring decisions to others, or following orders, or doing the bare minimum. But if you settle for that being "good enough", that's all your going to get.

This is a pretty potent chart we have today and it can be easy if you want it, but if you want to make things a little more challenging, the rewards can escalate as well. There's good potential to make a big impact on others around you. You also might see some "ceilings" you been exposed to in the past dissolve, or reach to set a higher bar in areas where you've hit plateau. Some of the moments today can be more difficult, but these are also the best times to step your game up and show what you're capable. Try to capitalize on that as much as you can. Best of luck.

There can be a deeper emotional side to this energy that can make you a little more empathetic to others. But it can also carry a bit of a tough love mentality to it as well, that you'll need to be careful of (you don't want to be too tough). To an extent, you don't want to step in when others are capable of handling their situations, but if they get to the point where the burden becomes too great, then you should. Likewise, you should be looking to handle as many of your own situations as you can before reaching out for assistance.
