Having a plan is going to be a huge advantage today because the current energy is one that can cause us to languish around aimlessly at times if we don't. The idea is for us to figure out how we can grow, driven by the things occurring around us, but we'll tend to question that extensively and often never get around to trying to answer it. If your mindset is "I want to be doing something different", go do something different. Figure out if it's something better later.

At the same time, it's not a great time for making commitments, so try to avoid that wherever you can. You do want to obtain as much information as you can here, but dabbling in activities (and interactions with others) will tend to be a larger benefit than sinking all your time into one thing today. Ask yourself what you want and try to set goals that lead you in that direction. Don't buy into any feelings of indequacy either - this can be energy that triggers your doubts more than normal, which can allow you to convince yourself that you don't deserve certain things. If you're not good enough for something, make someone or something else confirm it. That will keep you moving along and keep you from derailing your own efforts. Best of luck.

You'll tend to favor larger organizations right now, which to an extent can also lead you to put a lot of faith in others. However, you can still view yourself on an equivalent level to some people higher on the totem pole than you are (like people who think they know more than their doctor). The biggest problem this can tend to cause is you might think you have leverage or power over others that you don't. Others might be able to be dismissive of you pretty easily, which can create awkward situations or leave you empty-handed in negotiations. Having a more realistic idea of where you actually stand can help on this end, but you might have to have an honest moment with yourself about where your limitations lie.
