The approach can often be harsh though and create more resistance than is needed. It's rough to deal with when others are dropping things on you (and you might build up animosity as a result). Don't read too much into the way others respond to you, as you can tend to amplify negative vibes here, rather than shaking them off.
At the same time, you have control over how you approach others, especially in those situations where you need to get them to do something. A gentler approach can be more effective (at least at the start), but even if you have to up the intensity a bit, you can do so without belittling people. Focus on what makes things important and avoid making personal statements about people that can escalate matters. If you can win these relationship battles today, the rest of the chart tends to fall in line pretty well, so avoid the drama wherever you can. Best of luck.
