I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and are enjoying a long weekend, if not more time off. The winter holidays are a good time for a break as it has probably been months since any of us took vacation time. It's also a great time to start thinking about what we'd like to manifest in the next year. The recent new moon and solstice started this process, and the start of the New Year carries it along. Of course, there will be more new moons including the upcoming Chinese New Year and then the beginning of Aries which starts the astrological year. So if you find you've been too busy (or too tired!) to think about starting anything new, all is not lost! Take time to rest so that new plans won't feel so intimidating. Think of all the animals who hibernate during the winter so they will have plenty of drive when spring comes.

This weekend is all about slowing down and catching your breath. The holiday rush is fading, and it's okay to feel a little tired or emotional. You don't need big plans to make it meaningful. Simple moments and honest talks go a long way. Rest is just as important as productivity right now. Use this time to gently reset before the new week.

I'm going to try to take my own advice. Last week, besides being very busy, I couldn't manage to sleep much. Instead of counting sheep, which doesn't work anyway, I wrote a brief forecast for each sign for 2026. Check back tomorrow to see it!
